WHAT CAN A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT DO FOR ME?

A Virtual Assistant provides an alternative way to support business administrative, operations, and client support needs.   

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Step 1:  

Schedule a 30-min call to find out how we can work together. It's free and all about you and your business. Whether you have a clear idea of the tasks you want to delegate, or you’re not quite sure where to start, we will identify your exact needs. 


Step 2: 

We'll sign a service agreement if we decide to work together. In our kick-off meeting/onboarding, we discuss goals, methods of communication, and immediate steps to set us up for success.  

ARE YOUR PLANS FLEXIBLE?

Yes, our approach is flexible. You can start with one plan and upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 14 days' written notice.  Please note that any unused hours in your plan do not roll over to the following billing cycle. .

HOW DOES A VA ACCOUNT FOR THE HOURS BILLED?

Clockify, a time tracker app is used to track hours across services. A detailed time sheet can be provided with the invoice.  

ARE YOU AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS IF WE NEED YOU?

Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST (with flexibility for other time zones). Weekends can be accommodated with sufficient prior notice. 

WHAT SECURITY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE TO PROTECT US?

We will sign a Service Agreement, including confidentiality and data security to protect both parties.
